Molybdenum crucible is made of Mo-1 molybdenum powder and used at a temperature of 1100ºC~1700ºC. It is mainly used in metallurgical industry, rare earth industry, single crystal silicon, solar energy, artificial crystal and mechanical processing industries.

Purpose
Application:
Due to the high melting point of molybdenum at 2610ºC, molybdenum crucibles are widely used as core containers in industrial furnaces such as sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, quartz glass melting furnaces, and rare earth smelting furnaces. Their working temperature environment is generally above 2000ºC. Especially for sapphire single crystal growth furnaces, molybdenum crucibles with high purity, high density, no internal cracks, precise size, smooth inner and outer walls, and other characteristics play a key role in the success rate of seed crystal growth, quality control of crystal pulling, de-crystallization sticking to the pot, and service life during the growth process of sapphire crystals.
